- Do I have to accept bids?
No. You can leave bids open or choose to reject them. You have no obligation to accept any bids.
- How can I receive more bids for my cargo?
If you’re not receiving bids it is probably due to one of three reasons:
- There are no Providers in your area
- Your budget is too low (not worth it for the Providers)
- Your time constraints are too strict, or your cargo too large or problematic
The best way to overcome all three of these issues is to raise your budget. If your budget is high enough, you will get a Provider! Regarding the 3rd reason mentioned above, you can also try making your pickup and delivery timeframe more flexible.
