All information transmitted, printed or otherwise submitted to Tirbid.com through the Site remains your property; however, Tirbid.com will be free to use this information for any lawful purpose as detailed below.

Tirbid.com may contain links to external websites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy policies or the consequences arising from usage of such sites.

SECTION A – COLLECTED INFORMATION

Tirbid.com automatically collects and gathers certain information:

1. Information provided by Site users through online forms. This information may include details such as name, physical address, email address, telephone and fax numbers, date of birth, shipping information, payment information, and other personal or financial details.
2. Browser information such as HTTP headers, home server domain names, IP addresses, computer details, web browser details, and operating system details.

Members registering as a service provider are given the option to submit certain commercial information such as license number, type of license, DOT number, Motor Carrier (MC) number, and any other authority a service provider chooses to include. TIRBID DOES NOT VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF SUCH INFORMATION.

Any information submitted to the Site is voluntary and users are under no obligation to submit such information. The Site may collect certain identification information even if you do not complete all registration processes to their full extent.

SECTION B – USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

Tirbid.com uses the information collected through the site to help advance the user experience and to offer appropriate content which the Company deems may be of interest to its visitors. Such usage may incorporate promotional items from partner organizations if such items are deemed to be appropriate. The Company may also utilize demographic, personal, and profile information in the advancement of its databases to be used in future email messages or postal mailings.

SECTION D – USAGE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TAGS

Users are able to opt out of receiving communications with a simple link displayed on the bottom of any such communications. Tirbid.com does not solicit or collect personal information for any user which the Company believes to be under the age of 18 years. If such information is collected accidentally, it will be deleted upon discovery. The Site is not intended for any person under 18 years of age and no person under this age is eligible for services or products offered on the Site.

The Company may contact users regarding the status of their account and/or modifications to the Agreements on the Site, such as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

SECTION K - SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this Privacy Policy shall be deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then the portion shall be deemed severable from the full Policy and shall not affect the enforceability of any other Term described herein.
